A few random year Thanksgiving memories. Thank God for each day.

I  have a lot of pictures through all the years, but chose a few for you.

May God bless your week with true love and happiness. I believe the key to happiness is Jesus first and others next. May He send us joy & love. Thank you Jesus!

A few more November thoughts and pictures from eastern scenes to back home again. Sweet home Indiana.

Nope. Didn't see the hundreds of them. Not.....even.....one.

I think New Hampshire was the prettiest on the coast.

Had to stop for maple syrup, of course.

It was close to Halloween at Dutton's.

I don't usually show license plates but  in his red car was a RUDE person. Tried to scare us into a wreck, I think. Then at the next rest stop on the toll road there he was.

It was a good picture moment. If you see him give him a piece of my mind.

Then there was back home and the blessing of apples from my brother's Wisconsin orchard.

He couldn't be there because their bro-in-law from Montana died.

And an exciting day on the farm in 2009 on my 'Splashes' page.

May God bless His people all over the world and especially Israel.

Happy November! Such a pretty fall we've had so far.

We traveled through New Hampshire. It is beautiful.

We met up with the Appalachian Trail here too!

I need a handicapped thingy for our van when we do things like this. At the top of hundreds of steps ( - more or less)

I sat down on the closest rock! Whew!

Then there's home sweet home! My heart is there and my loved ones too!

I got a 'Splashes' page done. Thank God for strength for the day! I really mean that too!

Another glimpse into an Eastern trip. The goal was to hit all the states we never went to. There are so many beautiful places everywhere in

our great country. Now we have Alaska on our bucket list yet. When we get done, Lord willing, we will continue to explore Florida and the west.

I love the mountain ranges of the west. You can drive for miles and see mountains all around. In the east you have to get to the top to see them.

We live in a wonderful country! I pray we can keep it great and beautiful.

Honey ran down the trail in a few places. I was a little handicapped in walking, but enjoyed a few steps here and there.

Maybe it's a good thing to sight your gun on?

She worked hard for this calf. So did we! Both would have died if we hadn't been there. We named him Tucker Jr. His dad's name was Tucker.

My daughter bought this one and we had the bull. I'm afraid we named him Hamburger?    He was born on a granddaughter's birthday.

I pray for the people Israel and for wisdom to not jump to hasty conclusions about anything. I trust God to sort it all out.

So sad, the world we live in. Pray for His people, Israel. God help us to live with love in our hearts, not hate.

Honey wanted to check the east coast states off of our list so......we went. The rain made for hard travels.

There was flooding and visibility problems. Later found out they had a few records in the rain gauges!

Found Peabody but not Sherman. Bridges shouldn't have people names, right?

Someday I'd like to do a ruins trip and explore all the broken down buildings. Sigh. Not going to happen. I know.

Then we were at Bar Harbor and the weather was beautiful. I don't like the look and smell of boiled lobsters. Sorry. Looks too much like wild

sea life that I gathered up and boiled to take it home over the years. We had lobster, just because. Neither on of us is enthused about it.

I got some lobster mac and cheese. It was delicious. Tasted like mac and cheese!

Two old goats. I hate to think what people think of us! I don't feel like an old goat.....but.

We were hoping to see one but no. I'd rather go to Colorado.

I did manage a 'Splashes' page this week. Thankful for the memories.

May God protect and bless His children, especially in Israel. Praying for the peace....Jerusalem.

September is full of busyness and bees! Thank God for Septembers. A few pictures of the week.

There is a time to relax outside and enjoy company.

I've 'talked' to a few of these over the years. Honey & I both remember being taught in early school years that it's a 'preying' mantis.

I told him to look it up. Over the years it has changed to 'praying' mantis. I guess that's the religious form of the homophone. Trust me, that's what

google said. It is a predator even eating their mates and very small birds sometimes. I learned that it's called both prey and pray.

I prefer prey because that's what it does. Their meals aren't blessed because they don't stop and pray even though it might look like it.

They don't bite when you hold them, it's just their scary front legs that claw you and startle people.

Another good thing to remember. Keep old dictionaries and historical printed stuff.

Someday google & co.  will have rewritten our history  under our very noses. Just a thought.

Celebrated another September birthday at a favorite place.

A few pictures from September present.  Such a cutie patootie!

We had the opportunity to visit Holmes County. A place where I have some relatives. A beautiful place. This was a morning view from a porch there.

There was this house that was pretty but a tub I couldn't get into without the fear of not being able to get out! Too many hardwood stairways too! It would be good for family reunions

but not for old people, that much. Also the owner comes around with a big loud mower right past your bedroom window. Poor planning on his part. Just my opinion.

A nice porch with a security camera pointed right at the swing. I had an odd feeling about it. An unlocked cupboard with 100 or so electronic blinking things.

Fall days are sweet....shiver! I need to enjoy the day!

We got some sheep to eat pasture weeds and such. Pretty aren't they? Oh yes, 1 alpaca too.

Prayers for all of us on this mixed up crazy world. God has the final answer. I rest in that.

Fall coming soon is a nostalgic time, because next is winter. May we all have a good and happy wintertime we pray!
